Principal's Message

Welcome to the St Michael's Primary website. I hope you will take some time to have a look at the many opportunities our St Michael's students have access to daily.

The St Michael's Primary motto is Knowledge, Faith and Love. We are, therefore, committed to educating our children in the Catholic faith. We believe that education enriches and empowers each student and prepares them for the best future possible. Our curriculum is dynamic, engaging, intellectually challenging and diverse, and this enables us to respond to our students' needs in a rapidly changing world.

St Michael's Primary School is one of the largest systemic schools in the Diocese of Parramatta, with a population of 800 students, and 55 teaching and ancillary staff. Established now for almost 50 years, St Michael's has grown from a school which commenced in temporary accommodation in 1971 with 173 pupils and 12 staff, to our present well-equipped school.

On behalf of the St Michael's Primary School community I would like to extend to you and your family a warm welcome. We hope to meet you at our school at some stage, perhaps taking the opportunity to tour our school.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you have any further questions.

Mrs Danuta Maka
Principal
